Privacy Policy — §1
Pixel Pour is a free-to-play mobile game supported by advertising. The app collects a limited amount of anonymous data to support the global leaderboard feature, including a unique device identifier, an optional username chosen by the user, and the player's current level. This data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in the European Union.
The app also uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, such as Advertising IDs, as well as anonymous usage and analytics data (such as app events, session duration, and crash reports), in order to serve relevant advertisements and improve the application experience. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
Privacy Policy — §2
Game progress (such as the current level) is stored both locally on your device and on Supabase servers to support the global leaderboard. If you choose to set a username, it will be stored permanently on Supabase servers and cannot be changed after it has been set. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at pixelpour.support@gmail.com.
Firebase Analytics may collect and retain aggregated, anonymised usage data on Google's servers. By default, Google Analytics for Firebase retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for up to 14 months. This data is governed by Google's own retention and deletion policies.
The unique device identifier used for the leaderboard is stored on Supabase servers and is retained for as long as the player's account exists. It is never shared with third parties and is used solely to identify the player's progress across sessions and reinstalls.

This application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
Advertising within the app is configured to comply with applicable regulations regarding child-directed content, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant Google Play policies. Firebase Analytics is used in a manner consistent with these requirements.

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us via email. Once deleted, your username, device identifier, and level data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your leaderboard position and game progress stored on our servers. Progress stored locally on your device will not be affected and can be cleared manually through your device settings.

By downloading or using Pixel Pour, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the application immediately.
Terms of Service — §6
Pixel Pour features an optional global leaderboard. To appear on the leaderboard, you may choose a unique username. This username is permanent and cannot be changed once set. By choosing a username, you agree that it will be publicly visible to all players of the game.
Usernames must not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. The developer reserves the right to remove or modify any username that violates these guidelines without prior notice. Automated content moderation is applied to usernames at the time of submission.
Terms of Service — §7
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. There is no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data or device damage.

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to Pixel Pour — including but not limited to graphics, code, design, and game mechanics — are the exclusive property of the developer. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of the application is prohibited.
Terms of Service — §9
Pixel Pour offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies. If you previously purchased the No Ads option, you can restore it at any time using the "Restore Purchase" button within the app, at no additional cost.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.

This Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
