Privacy Policy — §1
Pixel Pour is a free-to-play mobile game supported by advertising. The app itself does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information from its users.
However, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, such as Advertising IDs, as well as anonymous usage and analytics data (such as app events, session duration, and crash reports), in order to serve relevant advertisements and improve the application experience. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
Privacy Policy — §2
No personal data is collected directly by this application. Game progress (such as the current level) is stored locally on your device using standard system storage (PlayerPrefs) and is never transmitted externally.
Firebase Analytics may collect and retain aggregated, anonymised usage data on Google's servers. By default, Google Analytics for Firebase retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for up to 14 months. This data is governed by Google's own retention and deletion policies.
Since no personal information is collected by this application directly, there is no personal data held by the developer to retain or delete.

This application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
Advertising within the app is configured to comply with applicable regulations regarding child-directed content, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant Google Play policies. Firebase Analytics is used in a manner consistent with these requirements.

By downloading or using Pixel Pour, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the application immediately.

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. There is no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data or device damage.

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to Pixel Pour — including but not limited to graphics, code, design, and game mechanics — are the exclusive property of the developer. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of the application is prohibited.

Pixel Pour offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies. If you previously purchased the No Ads option, you can restore it at any time using the "Restore Purchase" button within the app, at no additional cost.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.

This Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
